The bone is fine as long as you're under 6 feet tall. Posted 22:31 (#7130204 - in reply to #7129830) Subject: RE: Best mechanic's creeperīone Rough Rider here. I think snap on discontinued that particular model for some reason, probably because it worked so well. Google it and watch the videos.Yes, I would like one. Posted 22:11 (#7130159 - in reply to #7129830) Subject: Best of the best. The Human Hoist I love the looks of the Bone Creeper and the fact it’s American made, but giving up the adjustable headrest might be my only option if I want a weatherproof creeper.

Checked with SnapOn, Mac, Matco, and NAPA and none of those guys make one. I don’t mean to HiJack the thread, but was just wondering, is there a brand of creeper that makes an all plastic unit with adjustable padded headrest? I would like to carry a creeper on my service truck but the compartments are too small to keep a creeper out of the elements, and all the ones with adjustable headrest have cardboard/padding attached to frame, and doesn’t survive weather very well. Snap on is lower profile but bone scoots better, depends on the job. Have a bone rough rider and a snap on, love em both. There are 3 different types of bone creepers depending on what your looking for, I chose the bonester for lower clearance, It works great on the smooth concrete where I use it, if I needed one for gravel I would get the off-road version, they are all great, no more shirts getting caught in the wheels. I will 2nd the Lisle Jeepers Creepers we have had one around here for about 12 years and still good but stay away with the welder and torch, little hard on the upholstery. I’ve wore out one set of wheels on my jeepers and the plywood with the padding finally gave up, little reinforcement and good as new The cheap ones have two rails and three U pieces spot welded to the rails. It works because the frame is bent as one piece. Posted 21:38 (#7130056 - in reply to #7129830) Subject: RE: Best mechanic's creeperĢnd the jeepers creeper. Have the rough rider big bone, roll around on gravel all the time
